We are excited to announce new hires in our Central Illinois office location. These talented new team members will support increased project demand and help achieve continued growth throughout the firm.
Gregory Butler's love of architecture and design began while sitting in a Chicago suburb's garage with a dilapidated 2x4 in his lap and a rusty coffee can full of spare nails by his side. It was from his grandfather's garage that the bliss of creating something from nothing was instilled in him.
Congratulations to Emiel Guede, Anita Lanning, Justin Placek, and Damien Schlitt on their promotions to associates with BLDD! These four have become leaders in the office and leaders of our culture. They have provided exceptional value, dedication, and a track record of going above and beyond.
When not in the office, Stacie is a mom and grandma and considers these her greatest jobs and the absolute best part of who she is. She is also a self-admitted concert addict, a Cubby fan, and a dancing machine.
John Whitlock epitomizes one of BLDD's Core Values, passion and fun. It is this zest for life that John brings to his position as BLDD's Director of Higher Education Design Group.
Anita Lanning is passionate about religious design and how it impacts people of all ages. One of her favorite spaces to design is the Children's Ministry areas.
Todd Cyrulik has been a passionate designer and planner for BLDD for 20 years. Todd grew up around construction sites, and he has spent his life devoted to improving the built environment around him.
At BLDD we pride ourselves on our diverse work portfolio, our incredible staff, involvement in surrounding communities, and above all, the fun we have together outside of work hours.
John Maynerich (better known as Mayo around the office) has been a member of the BLDD family for over 15 years.
John realized his love for architecture as a kid, creating buildings from Legos and Lincoln Logs or any other miscellaneous item around the house that would satisfy his imagination of the built environment.
