Adding More Rock Star Talent to the BLDD Family.

We are excited to announce new hires in our Central Illinois office location. These talented new team members will support increased project demand and help achieve continued growth throughout the firm.

First we welcome Sean Williamson! From a young age, Sean was always intrigued with creating architectural design. To pursue this passion and make it into a career, Sean obtained his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Southern Illinois University Carbondale within the field of architecture. Now that Sean has joined BLDD, he hopes to specialize in higher education and preK-12 design with a special focus on sustainability.  

Outside of work, you can find Sean in the sticks where he enjoys hunting and fishing. Along with the outdoors, Sean also plays hockey and enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, Jessica, and their rescue dog Easton.

Also in our Central Illinois office, Dustin Haake joins BLDD as a Client Growth Specialist! Dustin is very personable and enjoys creating and building relationships. Although not on the design or technical side, Dustin appreciates and admires the many facets of architecture. His interest in planning and construction along with his educational background in Marketing Management makes him the perfect fit to help clients find their true potential while working with BLDD.    

When Dustin isn’t in the office he enjoys all aspects of the outdoors. Dustin is an avid hunter and angler and spends the majority of his summer weekends on the lake or out camping while his fall and winters are spent in the woods or a duck blind. Dustin is a member of the Tuscola Fire Department and is certified as an EMT-B. He has a vast range of musical taste, but some of his favorites are the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Mumford and Sons, The Highwaymen, Robert Earl Keen, and Queen.
